Terms & Conditions

Terminology:

"Members" are individuals who participate in the Repipe Specialists customer referral program by sharing their unique referral code and link to friends, family, neighbors and colleagues.

"Referrals" are individuals that contact Repipe Specialists for service, after having been referred by a Member.

"Referral Code" is a code unique to each Member.

"Completed Service" is an event that occurs when a repipe installation is complete, and paid in full.

"Referral Offer" is a discount that is applied to a referral's quote for a repipe service.

"Member Reward" is the reward provided to Members, when a referral has a Completed Service.


Terms & Conditions:
  1. Referral offers are exclusive and may not be combined with any other offers. 
  2. For Member Reward and Referral Offers to be eligible: the member Referral Code must be provided prior to a quote being generated.
  3. Referrals must be new customers.
  4. A service contract covering multiple properties counts as a single referral (e.g., a repipe contract on a duplex property = one referral)
  5. Members may receive up to $599 in rewards each calendar year.  Total reward levels beyond $599 in a calendar year, regardless of the number of referrals provided by a member, are subject to approval, and will be awarded at Repipe Specialists' discretion.
  6. In California, any program members who are contractors licensed by the CSLB, are not eligible for gift card rewards. Repipe Specialists will instead donate to a charity selected by the member (in the amount of the specified reward), from a pre-approved list.
  7. Repipe Specialists reserves the right to change terms of both Member Rewards and Offers at any time.
